ebookwriter.app uses large language models and image models to draft text, outlines, covers and illustrations from the topic, links, files and settings you provide. The output is a draft generated by software. It is not written, checked or endorsed by a person at ebookwriter.app.
2. Accuracy
Generated text can be wrong. It can state facts that are outdated or invented, cite sources that do not exist, give figures that are off, and present all of it confidently. Before you publish, sell or rely on a book, read it, verify the claims that matter, and correct or remove what you cannot verify. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you distribute.
3. Not professional advice
Books generated with ebookwriter.app may touch on medical, legal, financial, tax, safety or similar topics. Nothing generated by the Service is professional advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified person who knows your situation. If you publish on these topics, add your own disclaimer and have the content reviewed by someone qualified.
4. Originality and rights
Models are trained on large collections of text and images and may produce passages that resemble existing works. You are responsible for making sure that what you publish does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, and that you have permission to adapt any video, article or document you use as a source. Whether AI-generated material can be copyrighted, and by whom, varies by country and is still being settled; check the rules that apply to you and to any marketplace you sell on.
5. Sources you provide
When you convert a video, a web page or an uploaded document, the Service extracts and rewrites that material. Only use sources you own or have the right to use in this way. Content behind a login, paywall or licence that forbids reuse must not be used as a source.
6. Marketplaces and platforms
Stores such as Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing have their own rules about AI-generated and AI-assisted content, including disclosure requirements. It is your responsibility to read and follow them. ebookwriter.app does not guarantee that a book will be accepted by any platform.
7. Images
Generated covers and illustrations can contain errors, artefacts, unreadable text or resemblances to real people, brands or works. Review every image before you publish it. Do not use generated images to depict real people in a misleading way.
8. Sample books and shared links
Books shown in the showcase and on public share links were generated with the Service and are published as examples of its output, not as sources of accurate information.
9. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ebookwriter.app is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of generated content, including lost sales, platform removals, claims by third parties or decisions made in reliance on generated text.
